He combines his expertise in financial and market analysis with his natural communication skills to help clients design actionable strategies to achieve their desired impact.
Jay is the creator of the award-winning Sustainability Defined podcast, where he interviews forefront leaders in sustainability and uncovers their keys to meaningful impact. The podcast is regularly listed as one of GreenBiz’s top sustainability podcasts and is included in course curricula at Penn State University and the University of Memphis.
Jay previously worked in real estate and urban planning, where he provided strategic investment and development advisory services for public and mission-driven institutions. He received his Master of Urban Planning from Cornell University and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
